The absolute best decision I made, was choosing to work with the Richardson Group, From my first conversation with Mary Ann, Raquel and Matt. I knew I was in the best hands. Their compassion, kindness and sensitivity, were evident immediately, as was their competence which inspired my confidence in them. When it was time to put it on the market, nothing was a problem. The fact that I live in New York and could only come down infrequently, remote was fine. That the condo was packed with a life's worth of "stuff", they provided me with suggested resources, to sell, donate, or cart away. Repairs that were necessary for the sale, were seen to quickly and reasonably. When I did make the last trip down, I walked into a beautiful, clean, inviting apartment ready for a buyer. The negotiations and the sale, handled completely by them, while keeping me updated, always went quickly, smoothly, and successfully. Mary Ann, Raquel & Matt (The Richardson Group) were so knowledgeable about Leisure World and Raquel so was patient with me - we looked at 8 home in one day! They helped me find my perfect patio home almost a year ago now.. And I liked the team so much I also sold my home in Silver Spring through them! (Thank you all again for so much help during that sale - especially being there for me when I couldn’t during repairs!) They came very prepared to our first meeting with comps and on the walkthrough made suggestions as to what should be done to enhance the final sales price. I was selling my parents condo and they made it so easy by taking on the little annoying things like getting quotes and serving as the point of contact for the various updates that needed to be done. They also gave me the plan on how to sell as quickly as possible and got the highest price and followed through on both. They took what could have been a huge pain to deal with and made it go much easier (and faster!) vs what I had expected. Overall 10 out of 10!

They made us feel like family. Buying out of state can be scary but she is an exceptional communicator. Always there to answer a call or text no matter the hour. They taught us so much about the city and different neighborhoods. Their experience with negotiation and awareness of the current market is what actually got us our home even though there was someone with a higher offer! Sometimes it does come to the contract. So go with someone who knows what it takes to get it done. I truly appreciate was the commitment and the faith that we would find the right home not just a house. I relocated to North Bethesda from Northern Virginia last fall to be closer to my two daughters and grandchildren. I didn’t know the area at all but Mary Ann quickly zeroed in on my wants and needs for a new place. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in showing me listing after listing that checked most or all of my need boxes. I found a very nice condo in a great location close to my daughter’s families. Mary Ann was on top of everything all the way and things went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend.

It was a difficult time for me, and they went well beyond anything I might have expected in helping me find for "the perfect" condo here in Leisure World. My wish list was very exacting but they tirelessly kept searching until we found just what I was hoping for. Even put together a video of what turned out to be the final/perfect unit for my review from out of state.
