Mary Ann Richardson, Team Lead, has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since
2002. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Mary Ann Richardson has particular expertise in helping clients
navigate the real estate decisions that often come with retirement and the next stage of life. She is highly
knowledgeable about retirement and 55+ communities throughout Montgomery, Howard, and Anne
Arundel Counties and understands the unique considerations involved in downsizing, selling a longtime
home, and transitioning to an active-adult or retirement community.

Matt Richardson joined the team in 2021, continuing the Richardson tradition of providing attentive,
personalized service and building strong relationships with clients.

Raquel Vieira became part of The Richardson Group in 2023, bringing fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a
genuine passion for helping people achieve their real estate goals.
